Product Review of FertiliTea
- The following review of Fertili Tea is not a paid advertisement. The opinions in this blog post are 100% my own.
Hello, Dreamers! Thank you for visiting my blog. If you’re an avid reader of Dreaming of Diapers & Dimples, welcome back! If you follow me on Instagram then you may have already seen a few of my Instagram stories. I’ve been drinking FertiliTea this cycle and I’m genuinely hoping that it does help me get pregnant. I’m a huge hot tea lover and I’ve thought about purchasing FertiliTea for awhile but of course, I was skeptical. If you love to research like I do, then you know that researching what hot teas are safe to drink is nearly impossible because there is a lot of mixed reviews but FertiliTea is designed to help you get pregnant so I felt like I could trust the product. My first impression of FertiliTea is that when I opened the package, the tea leaves smelled so good. I was really excited to make my first cup of tea. Something that is different about FertiliTea vs. other hot tea products is that it is designed to help increase your chance of conceiving while using it. It was surprising to me that the product had so many ingredients that I already loved in hot tea except for it’s all combined. I love learning about what is going into my body and how it can affect my fertility. Being educated helps me make smarter decisions and pass some of what I learn to you all too!
HERE IS A LIST OF INGREDIENTS IN FERTILITEA (according to packaging of FertiliTea)
- CHASTEBERRY (VITEZ): Stimulates the hormones involved with ovulation and helps restore female hormonal balance*
- RED RASPBERRY LEAF: A potent fertility-promoting herb and a highly nutritive ingredient
- GREEN TEA: A powerful antioxidant to promote reproductive health
- LADIES MANTLE: Helps regulate the monthly cycle and tone the cervix
- NETTLE LEAF: Rich in vitamins and minerals that are critical to good reproductive health
- PEPPERMINT LEAF: Gives a delicious flavor… and serves as a sexual stimulant!
To be honest with you all, when I first read the ingredients I was NOT excited about the red raspberry leaf because it’s literally my least favorite hot tea. But I was really excited for the green tea and peppermint tea because those are two of my favorites! And when I thought about combining all of these different flavors, I was a little nervous for the taste. But the packaging says that it has a peppermint taste so I thought that the say it “don’t knock it until you try it” fit in perfect with this situation.
To make FertiliTea, you will probably want to make sure you have a tea infuser. I have two, this old fashioned looking one and this really cute chic one (click the links to view). I like to go to Bed Bath & Beyond and see what they have because they have some really nice glass tea pots that have infusers. If you are in to that type of thing, definitely check out what they have. The packaging says to make 1 teaspoon per 1 cup of water so I follow those directions except for I make my hot tea a cup at a time instead of a teapot. You can easily make a cup of tea without an infuser either by filtering the leaves out or by getting empty tea bags which is really easy to do!
I’m here to tell you that my greatest fears did not come true and this did NOT taste like the red raspberry leaf. I honestly couldn’t tell that tea was in there at all. I actually thought that it tasted more like a green tea. I love adding a little honey to my tea but I could easily drink FertiliTea without honey. The flavor was perfect, very easy on my stomach and flavorful. I will say, I felt that it had a minty aftertaste. I have absolutely zero complaints about the taste of FertiliTea. I've been drinking it daily for almost two weeks and find it to be a relaxing start and end to my day.
I’ve been having 1-2 cups every day. I usually have a cup of tea in the morning while I check emails and then I have one before bed, while the husband and I are binge watching whatever is new on Netflix.
If you are not a hot tea fan, I honestly don’t see an issue with making a few cups at a time and cooling it in the fridge for some cold unsweetened tea (obviously sugar-free would be best)
You can purchase FertiliTea online through Fairhaven Health’s website, Amazon, and I think a few other websites carry the product. I’ve linked above so you can view information for yourself before you purchase. Again, I don’t get anything out of sharing this review. I’m a huge lover of research and I just want to be educated on products that are going in my body and educate all of my Dreamers on products that may be something they are interested in too.
I’d love to hear your feedback if you’ve tried FertiliTea or if you try it after reading this post. Be sure to comment below or send me an email.
